Office chair casters add tremendous mobility for you and your employees. Screw-drivers and pliers would be good enough to use to replace the caster. One would simply have to push the replacement caster into its place and screw up the new one, if it uses a screw-based system. Finding a replacement caster usually is easy - the original supplier of the chair/caster would be able to supply it.
The bottom line is that keep using a good-quality office chair caster since that adds significant value in terms of flexibility of use and employee productivity in your office. And pay attention to ensure that there is adequate safety measure in place so that your employees enjoy a healthy and productive workplace ambiance.
